Do I need amazing credit?
Nope. Good, okay, even not-so-great — we work with real people.
How much money do I need to start?
As little as 0%, but most of the lenders will require 5%. We’ll help you find the best option.
Can I apply before I find a house?
Absolutely! Most of our clients apply before finding their home. If accepted, we can issue you with a Mortgage Passport (Agreement in Principle) to give you peace of mind during your property search.
Is everything online, or do I have to come in?
We support our customers via virtual face to face meetings and telephone calls. However, please let us know if you would like any adjustments in how we communicate with you.
